ITSM MasterClasses

The MasterClass series is a programme of workshops aimed at people who have direct responsibility for developing, building and maintaining service relationships with customers and suppliers.

The series mentors participants through the pitfalls of the so-called ‘soft’ areas of Service Management that go beyond accepted best practice guidelines. They focus on aspects that allow participants to ensure Services are truly aligned with Business requirements.

The series allows participants to determine the best approach to benefitting from the information covered. Participants may chose to attend all four MasterClasses in one session or to take in the experience over a longer period of time. Either way will allow for the building up of an indispensible set of effective tools for Service Management.

Each lead by a world expert in Service Management. Their subject knowledge and their ability to communicate their subject ensures that participants are guaranteed a highly informative and valuable experience. The participatory approach taken allows each MasterClass session to become an almost unique experience whereby the participants will take away a record of their own future commitment built upon the MasterClass core curriculum.
